We ship your order within 5 working days once the payment is clearly settled.
We ship internationally via postal airmail service with tracking number provided for any single order less than 20kg.
Orders over 20kg will be shipped via EMS international expresss service, tracking number included.

We are not responsible for lost items / orders shipped to international address.
We does not provide any form of insurance, customer must request insurance when order is placed and at their own expense.

Due to unexpected situations it may happen that an item is not in stock or on delay.
But please be sure all purchased items will be delivered or full refund given!

Shipping Damages

It is the customers responsibility to check all items when it arrives for any damage or incorrect items(s) received.
Shipping carriers are held responsible for any or all shipping damages.
We will assist any customer that has received damaged goods though we will not send replacement items until a resolution with any insurance claim has occured.

When you see this error message when you try to solicit the shipping quote:

"We're sorry but there do not appear to be any Shipping Methods available for your selected destination.
Please verify your State/Province and Postal Code and retry"
